If you’ve been keeping up with David Attenborough’s latest Frozen Planet series, you’ll be aware of the devastating effects rising sea levels are having on habitats. It’s no surprise then, that around 60% of young people are ‘worried’ or ‘extremely worried’ about climate change.
Enter Green Careers Week (7th-12th November). The exciting new initiative aims to educate the future workforce (that’s you!) about emerging technologies and opportunities that will change the world for the better. Tuesday 8th November

New for 2022, the online Protecting Our Planet Day programme features back-to-back linkups, talks and activities led by innovators and experts working to tackle climate change. We’re most looking forward to the ‘Protecting Our Planet Through Science’ session, where panellists will reveal their journeys from studying STEM subjects to becoming hidden heroes involved in ground-breaking innovations.
