Mental health charity Charlie Waller have produced a range of free resources to help support young people as they take their first steps into working life, whilst maintaining mental wellbeing in the process. Unique tool for people with limited verbal communication or cognitive abilities

MiVoice is a unique career and transition interview programme specifically designed for individuals with no or partial verbal communication skills, limited cognitive abilities, and selective information processing. Recognising the limitations of traditional interview methods for these individuals, MiVoice offers a person-centered approach to gather meaningful preferences and understand their aspirations.

BT Work Ready programme

The BT Work Ready programme helps young people prepare for the tech-driven world of work and supports young people aged 11 - 14 in building practical digital and human skills that the future demands.
