Supported by Universal Pictures UK, the Summer Sessions are the latest offering from Access NFTS, the School’s national outreach programme which is designed to discover, inform and inspire a new generation of creative talent. As the UK's national film and television school, it's our mission to seek out home grown British talent and allow it to flourish. The programme enhances careers education by offering events, resources and activities that discuss routes into, and the broad range of careers in the film, TV and games industry.

There is more to cinema than selecting a film and projecting it onto a screen. Curation is about experience, and culture. Devising their own festival programme, students in this workshop will look at what influences the way film is received, and how audiences engage with it.
