Grants and loans to help pay for training/learning costs

You may be able to access financial support to help pay for training and learning.

This could include:

  • Grants and bursaries for adult learners - these do not have to be paid back
  • Learner Support for people 19 or over - this could be a direct payment to you, a loan, or a payment to someone else, such as a landlord
  • Advanced Learner Loans - for people 24 or over - to help with the costs of a course at a college or training provider
